“Morcinaia”, according to the Umbrian dialect, refers to the pile of stones made at the edges of a plot of land during reclamation works for the establishment of a vineyard. The grape varieties that give rise to this wine have been planted in soils that have ideal chemical-physical characteristics for vine cultivation. Careful agronomic operations and the excellent exposure of the vineyards lead to obtaining grapes of high-quality level. “Morcinaia” is a red wine of notable structure and character, which undoubtedly ranks among the highest levels of productions in this territory. Ruby red in color with intense tones, it stands out for the breadth of its aromas and for the overall harmony of its organoleptic characteristics. In the mouth, it’s soft, with an elegant mineral streak balancing the taste.
