Territory, Native Grapes, and Wines with the strong Imprint of their Land
That is the production philosophy of these historic wineries. It is the desire to create exciting wines that truly reflect the land, in a way that respects the centuries of tradition behind them – Centuries of patient, devoted cultivation, and centuries of making wines that embody the genuine flavors of the territory.
Meet our Wine Estates
Innovation and Sustainability
Castello di Magione, Rocca Bernarda, and Villa Giustiniani combine centuries of experience with continual research, to update their winemaking and bring out the best of the impressive terroir and to promote biodiversity. They have developed innovative farming techniques that reduce the negative impact on the environment, and have worked with important universities and institutions to ensure their wine production is as natural and sustainable as possible.
An Enduring Legacy
SAGRIVIT manages a unique collection of ancient farming estates that boasts the longest heritage of agricultural production in Italy, including three historic wineries: Castello di Magione (Umbria), Rocca Bernarda (Friuli Colli Orientali), and Villa Giustiniani (Prosecco Asolo – Veneto). Caretakers of their ancient vineyards for centuries, these estates have unmatched respect for the land. And with hundreds of years of winemaking experience, they have learned to deliver the best from the territories they lovingly cultivate.
