This excellent white is created to capture the nest expression of our terraced vineyards “ronchi” in the Friuli Colli Orientali. A delicious blend of three native varieties: Friulano, Ribolla Gialla, and Picolit. It yields a rich well-balanced wine with a distinctive aroma and with a long nish, re ecting the region’s character of unmistakable minerality.

FERMENTATION & AGING
The grapes are hand harvested in the oldest vineyards of the estate and vini ed separately. Gentle pressing yields a low grape to wine ratio of 50%.The fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, and isfollowedby6monthsrestingonlees. The Ribolla Gialla is left to ferment on skins for a brief maceration Blending is done just before bottling with the addition of 1% Picolit to add structure and complexity
