“Novecento Rosso“ is a well-structured and complex red and can surely be positioned among the premium quality segment of Umbrian wines. This superb blend of Merlot and Sangiovese is made from unique grape varieties grown in Umbria, the heart of Italy. It is the perfect accompaniment to roasted meats and dishes of wild game.

FERMENTATION & AGING
Scrupulous agronomic procedures and a superb exposure of the vineyards provide exceptional- ly high quality grapes. After Harvest, the berri- es are rigorously selected and made into wine according to traditional methods involving long maceration processes. Malolactic fermen- tation and a ten-month maturation are carried out in barrels. Barrel aging: 1/3 new, 1/3 one- year-old, 1/3 two-year-old for 18 months.
